A new generation of packaging

Launching a new concept of packaging on the market often represents the starting point of changes in the food industry and in the consumer goods marketing approach. Plastifrance recently participates to such a creation; a new generation of plastic packaging. Through a very unique manufacturing process, shapes and colors of the packaging can be easily adapted or changed while keeping very low transport costs for the whole empty container. Actually flat container’s body, lids and bottoms are delivered separately to minimize transports costs. The body is then directly shaped on the assembly line where both lids and bottoms will be inserted during the whole food insertion process.

With this brand new concept it is now possible to conceive mono material packaging which will be easily recycled.
On that product, lids and bottoms are made in thermoplastics and produced on very high-speed injection-moulding presses.
