Plastifrance has 7 years experience in the manufacturing of vacuum-cleaner bags in nonwoven fabric (Polypropylene).

 

We deliver to our client a packaged product ready to sell in the retail shops

appliances We therefore control all manufacturing and packaging operations which allow us to minimise production costs.

 

In addition, our organisation into specialised production workshops assures an optimal management of the whole supply chain. It allows us then to respond perfectly to the specific logistic demands of this activity.

 

Diverse technologies can be found in our workshops:
  • 2 injection presses of 90 and 320 tons
  • 2 purpose-built machines with a double ultra-sound soldering, hole punching, folding, gluing and traceability printing,

  • 1 machine for deposing a double-sided adhesive

  • 1 test machine for filtration, filling up and explosion
  • 1 packaging workstation with a machine that closes automatically the bags
